These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DB Detailing website and any services you request through it. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

We provide mobile window tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and interior/exterior detailing at your home or office in Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding areas.

Quotes and appointments

The quote request form on our website allows you to request a free, no-obligation quote. Submitting the form does not create a contract or obligate you to purchase any service. Pricing for any actual service will be confirmed directly with you before work begins.

Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our quote form (non-marketing updates and/or marketing messages), you agree to receive the corresponding SMS text messages from DB Detailing. SMS consent is optional and is not required to request a quote, schedule an appointment, or use our services.

Message types you will receive

  • Quote confirmations and replies from our team.
  • Appointment reminders for scheduled mobile detailing visits.
  • Service status updates during an active appointment.
  • Customer support replies to questions you send us.
  • Occasional promotional messages about seasonal offers or new services.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messages from DB Detailing. By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you or you have authorization to receive messages at that number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. If you have an active quote request or appointment, you will typically receive a small number of related messages. If you have also opted in to marketing messages, you may occasionally receive additional messages about seasonal promotions or special offers, independent of any active inquiry.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. DB Detailing does not charge you any additional fee to receive messages.

Opting out

You can opt out of the SMS messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from this program.

Supported carriers

The program is supported on all major Canadian wireless carriers, including Rogers, Bell, Telus, Fido, Koodo, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Plus, and Chatr. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and consent

Your participation in this SMS program is voluntary. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our customer relationship management platform (HighLevel), is permitted for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

DB Detailing operates in Ontario, Canada. Promotional SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have given express written consent through the marketing opt-in checkbox (sms_marketing) on our quote form. Every promotional message identifies DB Detailing and includes a way to unsubscribe (reply STOP).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual property
